Report a problem with a delivery
Call 267-606-1901 if meals are missing, damaged or wrong, or a delivery did not arrive. Call the same day if you can, with your name, address and the delivery date. Delivery day tips
- Be home or arrange a safe place agreed with our team.
- Refrigerate or freeze meals within 2 hours.
- Check each label for the date and heating instructions.
- Refrigerated meals keep about 14 days from delivery.
- Reheat to 165°F.
- Every-other-week deliveries are 14 meals. One meal a day for 14 days arrives in one delivery: that means less packaging, a typical refrigerator holds 14 meals, and the meals stay refrigerated.
