When you request a call, Meals Direct stores your name, phone number, optional state and ZIP code, request time and callback consent in its website intake system and sends the request to its GoHighLevel follow-up workspace. Staff use it to respond to your request. It does not enroll you in meal service or marketing texts.
Quiz answers
Quiz answers stay in the page and are cleared when you close the quiz. They are not included in your callback request.
AI assistant
AI chat sends your messages to OpenAI to answer general questions. Meals Direct does not save chat transcripts in this website or send them to its CRM. Use Request a call for personal follow-up.
Cookies and site security
Necessary cookies protect the callback form. Language preferences are saved on your device. Optional analytics, advertising and online payments are disabled.
