If you are wondering how to contact Meals Direct, the right channel depends on what you need. Follow our social pages for news and tips. For questions or feedback, contact the team for your state or use Request a call to arrange a conversation. Ask which channel to use before sharing personal or case information. This post explains what each channel is for, what never to post publicly and how referrers should send information.

What our social pages are for

You can find our social media pages, including Instagram (@mealsdirectfood), Facebook (mealsdirectfood) and LinkedIn (Meals Direct LLC), on our links page. Our social pages are for:

  • News and tips, such as food-safety reminders and how-to posts
  • Celebrating the people and communities we serve, without sharing anyone's private details

Our social pages are not a secure place for personal information. Even a direct message is not the right place for a member's name, health details or ID numbers.

How to contact Meals Direct about an individual question

For questions about a specific person, such as getting started, a delivery or a change in details, contact the team directly:

  1. Start with our locations page. Choose the state where the member lives. It has a page for Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York.
  2. Call or use Request a call. Our Request a call page shows our phone number and email for general inquiries, plus a short callback form for your name, phone number and consent. Ask which channel to use before sharing personal or case information.
  3. Have a few details ready, such as the member's ZIP code and their program or plan if you know it.

Our phone number and email are shown on every page of this site. Request a call also lists office hours, and our locations page shows the office for each state.

For feedback, contact the team for your state using our locations page, or use Request a call to arrange a conversation. Ask which channel to use before sharing personal or case information.

What never to post publicly

Please do not post any of these in social media comments, direct messages or public reviews:

  • Names of members or clients
  • Health details or diagnoses
  • ID numbers, such as Medicaid, plan or Social Security numbers
  • Dates of birth or home addresses
  • Case notes or referral information

This protects members and their families. Public posts can be seen, shared and saved by people you do not know, and they can be hard to remove completely. If you have already posted something personal, consider deleting it and calling us or using Request a call instead. Ask the team which channel to use before sharing further details.

How referrers should send information

Case managers, service coordinators and other referrers should send member information only through the official referral route for the member's state.

Contact the Service Coordinator Department by phone or email to ask how to send referrals and documentation, and how to confirm authorization and client setup. Staff will explain the required paperwork and the secure route to use. The Request a call form collects a name, phone number and consent, not documents or case details. Follow your own organization's privacy policies and use only the secure route intake confirms.

Never send member details through social media, even in a private message.

A quick guide to choosing a channel

  • "Which states do you serve?" Check our locations page or contact the team directly.
  • "Can my mother get meals?" Her program or health plan decides. Call, email or use Request a call to ask about the steps. Asking does not enroll anyone.
  • "My delivery details changed." Use the contact path for your state.
  • "I want to refer a client." Use the official referral route for the member's state.
  • "I have feedback." Contact the team for your state or use Request a call to arrange a conversation.

Check the channel before sending details

An official webpage can help you find the team, but that does not mean every form or email address is intended for referral documents. Ask what information is needed and where it belongs before sending a record, identification document or medical detail.

For a general question, keep your message general. You can ask which state contact to use without describing someone's health history. If a reply asks for more information, confirm that you are speaking with the correct team through its published contact details.
